If you change your mind before your guestbook page is activated, email indiemarketingarsenal@proton.me from your purchase email address and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Once your page is live, the service has been delivered (your shareable link is active and guests can upload). Refunds are not available after activation.
Card payments are refunded to the original card via Stripe. Bitcoin payments are refunded to an address you provide, in BTC at the USD value of the original $49 payment (exchange-rate movement is on us — you get $49 worth back).
Charged twice by accident? We'll refund the duplicate in full either way — just email us.
